For the second year in a row, Whiteboard Advisors’ co-founder Ben Wallerstein was named to Washingtonian Magazine’s annual list of the most influential people shaping policy in Washington.

Co-founders Ben and Anna have been working at the intersection of education and workforce policy, practice and innovation for more than two decades. From the rise of online tutoring, which Ben anticipated in this 2016 TechCrunch article to Erica’s “Skills-Based Hiring Primer” (now 7 years old), Whiteboard Advisors continues to be on the forefront of the biggest debates and early to identify emerging trends.

Proud to see Ben and W/A recognized alongside longtime friends and collaborators like Ed Trust CEO Denise Forte, AEI Senior Fellow Rick Hess, and John Bailey who played such an instrumental role in our creation. Fun to see a handful of W/A clients on this list, including Common App CEO Jenny Rickard and Education Design Lab founder Kathleen deLaski.
