Soraya Zrikem

Senior Associate

Soraya Zrikem is a Senior Associate at Whiteboard Advisors focusing on K-12 education issues. Previously, Soraya was an Associate at Penn Hill Group, a Federal education and workforce lobbying and consulting firm. While there she applied her federal policy expertise to consult with clients in K-12 education, higher education, workforce and education research. Prior to joining Penn Hill Group, Soraya supported college access initiatives at the Center for Educational Outreach at the University of Michigan and taught a freshman-level course based off of her English thesis “Learning in the Shadow of 9/11: The Creation of a ‘Better-Formed Story’ in the Classroom.”

Soraya is a graduate from the University of Michigan, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) and English with High Honors. She currently resides in Washington D.C. and enjoys traveling, a good book, and anything and everything sweet.
