Passionate about educational opportunity for all and amplifying social impact organizations, Ashley has over a decade of experience leading communications for nonprofits, foundations, and federal government agencies.
Through past roles with the Association for Career and Technical Education and Autism Society of America, along with leading media relations and social media strategies for the National Assessment of Educational Progress and the National Center for Education Statistics, Ashley has cultivated a depth of knowledge in K-12 and postsecondary education policy and practice. She has worked to advance awareness of career and technical education, postsecondary access and completion, career readiness, workforce development, and K-12 and postsecondary education research. She has successfully developed and directed communications strategies for clients to scale their impact and reach target audiences.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications and French from Hollins University. She is a Florida native and currently based in Bradenton, FL with her tiny overlord (3.5 year old daughter).
