Reilly Amera

Reilly Amera supports clients across the K-12 landscape through research, advocacy, and communications. Formerly a W/A Fellow, she is passionate about providing equitable learning opportunities for all students as well as evidence and research-based approaches to educational problems.
Reilly graduated from the University of Chicago in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Social Science with a concentration in in Education. She has worked in grants compliance at the Ford Foundation, and has conducted research at a number of developmental and social psychology laboratories.
Based in Chicago, Reilly loves walks in Lincoln Park and trying new restaurants.
