Martha Baker

Associate

Martha Baker is an associate with Whiteboard Advisors where she specializes in early childhood research, policy, and advocacy, as well as Colorado state strategy. Martha came to Whiteboard after managing CareForAllChildren (CFAC) — a national bi-partisan childcare advocacy campaign — where she worked on strategic partnerships, mix-delivery capacity building, and implications of the U.S. childcare crisis. Previously, Martha was a research assistant in early childhood policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), focusing on children’s early learning and the crucial role of brain science in shaping policy.

Martha holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. She lives in Denver, Colorado and enjoys skiing, golfing, and good coffee.
