Martha Baker

Director

Martha Baker is a director with Whiteboard Advisors where she specializes in early childhood research, policy, and advocacy, as well as Colorado state strategy. Martha came to Whiteboard after managing CareForAllChildren (CFAC) — a national bi-partisan childcare advocacy campaign — where she worked on strategic partnerships, mix-delivery capacity building, and implications of the U.S. childcare crisis. Previously, Martha was a research assistant in early childhood policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), focusing on children’s early learning and the crucial role of brain science in shaping policy.

Martha holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College. She lives in Denver, Colorado and enjoys skiing, golfing, and good coffee.
