Senior Associate

Kayla Kelly is a senior associate supporting strategic communications for a range of organizations across the K-12 landscape. Prior to joining the Whiteboard Advisors team in 2022, Kayla worked in brand consulting for one of the most influential talent, entertainment, and sport agencies in the U.S., advising multiple blue-chip company clients including Amazon Web Services.

As a first generation student, Kayla has a passion for the education space and ensuring equity is met across all areas of education.

Kayla graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University’s Honors College and holds a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.

From Jacksonville, FL, she currently resides in Chicago and in her free time can be found cooking gluten free recipes, running, or doing yoga. War Eagle!
