Ashley Gaddis

Ashley Gaddis is a communications professional with a passion for driving impactful public interest policy. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Ashley’s education and professional life has taken her to far flung locations of New Orleans, Washington, D.C., and London. With a passion for social justice causes and focus on strategic communications, Ashley specializes in designing and implementing strategic communications plans for change-making organizations—including nonprofits, social impact organizations, and foundations—focused on the intersection of social innovation and policy. Ashley began her career working at the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Politics and Strategy, where she supported research and communications efforts and spent time working for the office of James Carville, the legendary political strategist and advisor to former President Bill Clinton.

Active in her community, Ashley volunteers her time working with local advocacy groups on issues spanning criminal legal system reform to animal welfare. A graduate of Tulane University, Ashley recently relocated back to New Orleans. She continued her education, earning a master’s degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications at Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics in International Social and Public Policy.
