Tobias Martin serves as an Associate at Whiteboard Advisors, bridging policy research and communications to advocate for both K-12 and higher education sectors.

Originating from rural Argentina as a first-generation student, Tobias’s dedication to education manifested early. While in high school, he spearheaded a pivotal policy campaign. This campaign not only secured health insurance for dyslexic students but also adapted the curriculum to their needs, culminating in its adoption as national law. For his community contributions, the Senate of Argentina honored Tobias. Further, he earned scholarships from the U.S. Embassy and the Department of State, enabling him to further his community service education at the University of Virginia.

Before embracing his full-time role at Whiteboard Advisors, Tobias made his mark as a Communications and Research Fellow at the firm. He also gained experience as a Growth Analyst Intern at Edpuzzle, an edtech platform offering curriculum resources for K-12 educators.

A graduate of the pioneering Minerva University, Tobias immersed himself in a unique global program that took him across seven countries. He earned a Bachelor’s degree, double majoring in Politics and Cognitive Science. Today, Tobias calls Miami, Florida home, where he indulges in surfing and soccer during his leisure hours.
