Molly Flood

Senior Associate

Molly supports strategic communications, thought leadership, and media relations for mission-driven organizations across the postsecondary education landscape working to expand opportunity, equity, and improve outcomes for learners and workers. Prior to joining the Whiteboard Advisors team, Molly worked in brand and corporate communications at Edelman with a focus on brand purpose, social impact, and sustainability initiatives for a range of clients across sectors, advising on brand positioning, strategic partnerships, media relations, and reputation management.

Molly graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in Sociology and Religious Studies. While at SCU, Molly was a part of a fellowship with the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, where she conducted field-based research and developed personalized action plans for social enterprises focused on ending global poverty and protecting the planet.

Now based in San Francisco, Molly enjoys exploring Northern California’s diverse landscapes, trying new local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. When she isn’t reading in one of San Francisco’s many parks or catching live music, she can be found teaching at her neighborhood yoga studio.
