Charlotte Peyser

Director

Charlotte is a dedicated advocate for students across the education spectrum. Prior to her role at Whiteboard Advisors, Charlotte operated her own consulting business where she served as a thought partner, strategist, researcher, and writer for nonprofit and postsecondary clients. She has also held positions at education-focused organizations including HCM Strategists and the New England Board of Higher Education.

Charlotte is passionate about implementing equitable opportunities for all students and developing innovative policies to assist students in their journeys from cradle to career—a path that looks different for every individual.

Charlotte holds a master’s in education policy and leadership studies from Boston University and a bachelor’s from Connecticut College. She lives outside of Boston with her husband, two daughters, and dog, Mimi.
