Luke Collins provides research and strategy support for organizations advancing recognition of skills and lived experience in the workplace and championing alternative pathways to the workforce, including apprenticeships and non-degree credentials.

Prior to his fellowship at Whiteboard, Luke worked as a legal assistant for a civil rights lawyer in Birmingham, AL, and as a researcher for To Live and Die in Alabama, a documentary produced by The New York Times which explored a high-profile execution and its surrounding controversies.

Luke graduated from Yale, where he studied political science, focusing on political philosophy and its relationship with religion. He is based in Birmingham, Alabama.
