A seasoned consultant and researcher, Keith has worked with higher education, B2B and B2C leadership teams to solve complex strategic and operational issues. In higher education, he works on issues at the intersection of mission (access and success) and margin (net tuition revenue), with a focus on enrollment management, continuing and online education and student success. Keith helps EdTech companies enhance sales and marketing strategies targeting colleges and universities.
Previously, he worked at Discourse Analytics, an Artificial Intelligence-based EdTech supporting student enrollment and retention. Prior to that he led various teams at the Education Advisory Board (EAB), worked with companies advising businesses on best practices–Corporate Executive Board (now part of Gartner)—growth strategies—Frost & Sullivan—and talent and leadership at Spencer Stuart, the global executive search firm. A native of Ireland, he holds degrees from Trinity College Dublin, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
